Return window
You must initiate your return within14 days from the original purchase date. The return must be received by Arline withing 30 days from the original purchase date.
Refund Policy - the basics
An original purchase receipt is required for all returns. The item must be in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition to qualify for a return. The tags should be included. To initiate a return, start the return in your account profile. Buyer will pay return shipping.
How to get items back to the store
A return shipping label will be created for you, and you can ship the item back using your selected mail carrier.
Refund
All refunds are returned to the original form of payment used. We strive to provide the best customer service for our customers, but items that qualify for refunds may take up to 7 days for processing. It may take up to 7 business days after a refund is processed to see the refund in your account based on the banking policies for the bank that you used for the transaction.
